STRATEGIC COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT



Capacity development on the different levels – individual, organizational, network – is the core task of development cooperation to which we contribute through all our assignments and projects.
As consultants we work in a variety of different sectors, regions, on different levels and thus have the opportunity to understand core factors influencing the effectiveness of development efforts beyond local contexts – and to develop related support elements. These include e.g.:

- Didactic concepts and training methods that foster individual capacity development of decision makers as well as practitioners
