ECO offers specialized training services to experts from developing countries (decision makers, trainers, etc.), as well as to international and German development professionals. Our characteristic is the successful match of technical expertise with longlasting experience in training in international and intercultural settings.

Our services encompass the assessment of training needs, the development of appropriate concepts and instruction material, the organization and realization of training events (from one day workshops up to several weeks), guided tours and fieldtrips.

Besides, we offer the full range of facilitation: we support teams and accompany strategic processes in projects, conduct workshops, facilitate expert discussions, chair meetings, etc. Our working languages are German, English, French and Spanish.
